The high mountain cliff around Ice Tooth Cave has always been a favourite of mine. Others include Dragon's Gullet (Nice statue paintings), Balthazaar/Grenth Temples, Dreadnought's Drift, and The Arid Sea.

Definately, definately, pre-searing Ascalon. The first time I left, I had no idea it would suck so bad on the other side. The next four times, it was all I could do to leave quickly after bracing myself for it...

But hmm... what else is there?

Kessex Peak is always cool. Gotta love the floating castle.

The temple of ascension or whatever it is is pretty cool. Too bad you don't get to stick around and enjoy the view. Stupid doppelganger...

And don't ask me why, but I'm quite partial to the path between the Temple of Ages and Druid's Overlook. I love walking that path - kind of a pain, though. Too many unpleasants to clear out.

Pre-searing catacombs... really gave it that D&D feel.

I'd have to say my favorite place lately is in the Underworld - the area of the "smite run." The crystal-esque look of everything down there is kinda relaxing to me.

For me it just has to be Pre-Searing.

The music was great, it was so peaceful and lovely. The mobs didn't bother you much as well.

Sigh... how I miss it.

Is this place not amazing looking? It's a screenshot from Factions, I like it.

And I found this very interesting.

This place might be very neat also, forgot the name of it.. some sea, obviously.

Aye, that be the Jade Sea, landlubber!

Anyway, my favourite place of all the places I've seen, it'd have to be the Petrified Forest. Looks so badass.

My second favourite is the Jade Sea. I really like the idea of water frozen in mid-motion. Awesome...

Of all places my character has actually BEEN to, I'd have to say Tasca's Demise. If it wasn't for all the stupid mobs I'd be there all day.

My favourite place is in pre-searing.
A little secret place near Fort Ranik.

My favorite is between Temple of Ages and Druid's Overlook, I got bored one day and my warrior ran it just to see what was there. There is a hill/temple surronded by water with 4 dragon lichs and a boss. Its got a good view and I like to think of how few people have been there because its not really worth the effort to run it since you can just do Divinity Coast.

I like the most the highest point of Spearhead Peak, it's kind of the top of the world and the wind is so strong there you cannot even hear howling of wolves around...

Shiverpeaks

- A good place indeed on the top of Spearhead Peak with the full moon too.
- North East area in Mineral Spring, where a little frozen spring and waterfalls are (2-3 avicaras bosses in this region)
- Beacon Perch... on the bridge.

Ascalon

- Regent Valley in pre-searing is cool too, but not at the entrance with 100 devorours . Only south of for Ranik in the middle of the forest or where Melandru stalkers stay.
- North of Ascalon in Pre-searing

Maguuma

- That maguuma lagoon (forgot the name) during the secret message. Where the Hollow hog is. A beautiful view. Those who dont know what Im talking about, think about these large groups of Storms (mesmer octopus-fly like) on patrol.
- The waterfall during the ed of Eye of Profit or Wisdom of the Druids.
- The region where Dark Oath is.

Crystal Desert

- During the 15 att quest, you can get a good spot on the top of the cliff where the forgotten budy is. See ruined buildings far away on high is a cool view.
- Dragon's Lair (Before and During the mission)

I keep one secret for me because its my favorite amongst all I listed.

Let's see, I got 4 characters and each ahs a personal favorite. (my story and I'm sticking to it)

The Monk: Loves the peak at Beacon's perch. Always find time to run up there and type in /dance. Just seems the right place for that.

The Mesmer: Likes the beach area in Tallmark Wilderness jsut inside the portal from the Black curtain. He likes to take his boots off there and walk. (Stingray strand being a close second once the critters are all dead)

The Warrior: She likes the overlook of the bridge in the presearing catacombs. left turn toward rez and straight down the steps, dead ahead.

The Ranger: His favorite spot is/was the presear waterfall in Regent valley between Nente and Ivor (enter from lakeside, turn left before the devourers and turn right on the other side of that hill) That's his quiet spot.

The Shiverpeaks, if it is unspoiled by dwarven works and machines, followed by Presearing Ascalon (I really hope in chapter 3 the land recovers).
